
Mr Patrick Sheehy, a well-liked railway guard on the line between Tralee and Limerick, unfortunately experienced a rather serious accident at Newcastle West on Christmas Eve. The incident left many concerned for his well-being, as his daily presence on the route had made him a familiar figure to many commuters.
Thankfully, those who know and appreciate Mr Sheehy’s friendly demeanour will be relieved to learn that he is recuperating quickly after the accident. His rapid recovery, despite the severity of the incident, attests to his resilience and determination to return to his duties on the line between Tralee and Limerick, where he will undoubtedly be greeted with warm wishes from passengers and colleagues alike.
