Limerick No. 2 Rural District Council Announces Half-yearly Meeting

The Local Government Board has approved a change in meeting frequency for the Limerick No. 2 Rural District Council. Instead of quarterly meetings, the council will now convene semi-annually. In light of this, the first half-yearly meeting is scheduled to take place at the Workhouse in Limerick on Saturday, April 16th, 1904, at 12 o’clock noon.

Members of the council are hereby informed that any notices of motion related to new works or new contracts must be submitted to the Clerk of Council, Mr H.J. Guinane, 20 days prior to the meeting date. Application forms for such notices can be obtained by contacting the clerk’s office.

This announcement serves as an official notice to all concerned parties, ensuring that necessary preparations and submissions can be made in a timely manner. The Limerick No. 2 Rural District Council encourages active participation from its members and looks forward to a productive and constructive discussion during the upcoming meeting.
