Maynooth College recently celebrated a series of ordinations presided over by the Most Rev Dr O’Dea, Bishop of Clonfert. The ceremony took place at Maynooth College and marked an important milestone in the journey of several students. Among those ordained as Deacons on Saturday were Rev John Lane from Limerick, Rev William O’Kennedy from Kilialoe, Rev Patrick Coleman from Limerick, and Rev Thomas Molloy from Killaloe.
In addition, the priesthood ordinations took place yesterday under the auspices of his Grace, the Archbishop of Dublin. Rev John Lane from Limerick, Rev Christopher Halpin from Limerick, and Rev Edward Vaughan from Killaloe were ordained as priests during this special occasion.
These ordinations signify the dedication and commitment of these individuals to their religious calling. Maynooth College congratulates all the ordained students and wishes them success in their future endeavours.
