The Board of Guardians of Rathkeale Union hereby notifies interested parties that they will be convening a meeting on Wednesday, the 3rd day of April, 19035. During this meeting, they will be reviewing and considering tenders for the supply of various commodities for specific quantities and timeframes within the terms of each respective contract. The following items are under consideration:

1. BEST PURE NEW MILK: Tenders are invited for the supply of pure new milk per gallon, starting from the 1st of May onwards to the workhouse. Morning supplies are to be delivered before 8:00 AM, and evening supplies before 6:00 PM. Failure to adhere to these timings will result in a fine. Tenders for quantities not less than 10 gallons per day are welcome, with penalties for supplying milk with less than 10 degrees of cream. Samples of milk will be periodically analyzed.
2. BEST BEEF AND MUTTON: Tenders are sought for the supply of best lean beef and mutton per pound, including various cuts for different purposes. The quality and specifications are detailed in the notice.
3. BEST IRISH TUB BACON: Tenders are invited for the supply of best quality white bread and whole meal bread, both in specified sizes.
4. BEST QUALITY OATMEAL AND INDIAN MEAL: Tenders are requested for the supply of oatmeal and Indian meal, with specific quality standards.

Applicants whose proposals are accepted must commit to a written contract, and the details of sureties should be included in the tender. Sealed tenders, clearly endorsed, should be submitted before 12:00 PM on the specified day.

Please note that the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. The Board of Guardians reserves the right to evaluate and choose the most suitable tenders.
