
The Proposals Committee of the Limerick County Council will be holding an Adjourned meeting on Saturday, the 4th of November, 1905, to receive tenders for the publishing of all advertisements required by the County Council and the Clerk of the Crown and Peace, in accordance with various Acts administered by the County Council. This tender includes advertisements for the period from January 1st, 1906, to December 31st, 1906, excluding advertisements under the Agricultural and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Acts.
Each tender must be signed by the person submitting it and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender.” It should specify the following details:
- The lowest price at which the person is willing to contract for the work.
- The description and address of the person submitting the tender.
- The names, addresses, and descriptions of two solvent individuals willing to serve as sureties for the contract in a bond for double the tender amount.
The contract will be accepted from one paper published within Limerick and one paper from outside the county. The bond for ensuring the proper execution of the work must be signed within one week from the date of acceptance.
Specifications and forms of the tender can be obtained from the office of the Secretary to the Council, located at 82, George Street, Limerick. Tenders must be submitted before 4:00 PM on Friday, the 3rd of November, 1905.
