Each tender submitted must be signed by the individual tendering, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked ‘Tender,’ and must provide essential information: (a) the lowest price for which the tenderer is willing to contract for the work; (b) the tenderer’s description and address; and (c) the names, addresses, and descriptions of two solvent individuals who are willing to stand as sureties for the contract’s performance. This ensures a bond for double the amount indicated in the tender. The bond itself must be signed within one week from the date of acceptance.
