Notice: County Organising Committee Meeting

The County Limerick Organizing Committee of the Irish Land and Labour Association will convene for a meeting at the Mechanics Institute in Limerick on Sunday, November 12th, commencing at 1:30 p.m. All branches within County Limerick are kindly requested to send delegates, as this gathering holds paramount significance during the ongoing critical phase of the labour movement.

The following agenda items will be addressed:

  1. Appointment of a chairman and vice-chairman for the upcoming year.
  2. Selection of a county secretary, and if deemed necessary, an assistant secretary.
  3. Review of received correspondence.
  4. Discussion on the future direction of direct labour.
  5. Deliberation on the imperative need for comprehensive organization within County Limerick.
  6. Any additional business presented by the delegates from various branches.

We extend an invitation to all branches to consider this notice as a call to participate in the meeting, as no further notifications will be distributed. Proposals for resolutions to be presented and adopted during the meeting are requested to be submitted no later than Thursday, November 9th.
