
A tragic incident occurred near Limerick Junction, resulting in the unfortunate demise of a farmer. The individual, identified as Mr J., lost his life in a fatal motor accident. The circumstances leading to the accident involved a collision with a motor car belonging to Mr Hartigan.
Following a thorough investigation, a coroner’s inquest concluded that the farmer’s death was an unintended outcome of the accident. It was established that Mr Hartigan’s motor car was involved in the incident. The proceedings revealed that Mr Hartigan was reportedly in the company of the widow during the time of the accident.
