In adherence to the Valuation Acts of 1852 and 1874, accompanied by an Order in Council under Section 305, and with consideration for the Local Government Act of 1898, the Limerick Rural District Council has initiated its yearly evaluation revision.
Notice is hereby provided that, in accordance with the stipulations outlined in the aforementioned Acts, as amended by the preceding Order in Council, the County Council of Limerick’s secretary has forwarded a statement to me. This statement, issued by the Commissioner of Valuation, meticulously outlines all alterations pertaining to property values within the Valuation Lists over the past year, particularly with regards to this specific district.
This comprehensive statement, delivered to my attention on March 2nd, 1906, is now made available for public perusal. It can be examined at my office premises during the hours spanning from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on any given day, for the forthcoming duration of 21 days.
Officially dated this 2nd day of March, 1906, the statement bears the signature of H. J. Guinane, the Clerk of the Rural Districts Council.
