Kinny was approached by a labourer named Carroll, who demanded a drink. When Kinny refused, Carroll allegedly launched himself at him, seizing him tightly and sinking his teeth into the flesh at the top of Kinny’s nose, causing a significant injury.
Carroll was swiftly apprehended by authorities and subsequently remanded. Meanwhile, Kinny received medical treatment for his wounds.
