The Limerick Harbour Commissioners have announced that applications are now being accepted for the positions of Dock Gateman and Swivel Bridge Man. Interested individuals, preferably men under the age of 35, are invited to submit their applications for consideration.

Applicants can obtain detailed information regarding the duties, working hours, and other relevant particulars by contacting the Harbour Engineer’s office. The Harbour Commissioners will review the applications during their meeting scheduled for the 11th of February.

Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply promptly and provide the necessary qualifications and experience to be considered for these positions. The announcement was issued by John Boyd, the Secretary to the Commissioners, on the 30th of January, 1904.
