
In the matter of the estate of Maryanne Tait, late of Henry Street, in the City of Limerick, deceased.
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Statute 30 and 31 Victoria, cap. 54, section 19, that Maryanne Tait, who passed away at St. John’s Hospital, Limerick, on the 11th day of August 1903, executed and published her last will and testament on the 14th day of July 1903. In her will, she made several bequests, including the following:
To the Reverend John McNamara or the current Rector of the Redemptorist Community in Limerick, she bequeathed the residue and remainder of her estate, amounting to £121 2s 0d. The purpose of this bequest is to facilitate the public celebration of Masses at the Redemptorist Church, Limerick, for the repose of her soul and that of her Aunt Catherine.
The said will has been duly proven, and probate was granted on the 19th day of September 1903, by the Limerick District Probate of the High Court of Justice in Ireland, King’s Bench Division, to William F. McNamara of Ballinacurra, Limerick, and Joseph O’Driscoll of 11 Beaumont Street, Limerick City, the appointed executors named in the will.
