At the Land Sessions on Monday, Judge Adams fixed fair rents for several land cases in Limerick. Here are the details:

  1. James Grady, tenant; Norman Pollack, landlord. Area: 94 acres, 2 roods, 30 perches. Old rent: £8 10s. Poor law valuation: £8 10s. Mr Bennett valued it for the tenant at £3, describing it as a miserable holding with many stones. Judge Adams fixed the second-term rent at £5.
