
A puzzling and tragic incident has been reported in Ballinasloe, Ireland. A sweep named Carroll was discovered in an unconscious state during the morning, lying on a stack of straw near the town. He had a significant wound over his eye, and it appeared that his sister had made an effort to stop the bleeding. Carroll was immediately taken to the Union Hospital in Ballinasloe by ambulance, but unfortunately, he passed away approximately fifteen minutes after admission.
