PUBLIC HEALTH ACTS AMENDMENT ACT, 1890

COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL OF LIMERICK

Notice of Adoption of Part V of the Act

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, the County Borough Council of Limerick, at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Rutland Street, Limerick, on Thursday, the 3rd day of August, 1905, unanimously adopted Part V of the said Act as the Urban Authority under the Public Health Act, 1890.

N.B. – The above refers to the issue of Stock by the Council.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF AUDIT

RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL OF RATHKEALE

Notice is hereby given that R. Bourke, Esq, Local Government Auditor, has audited the accounts of the Rural District Council of Rathkeale for the period ended the 31st day of March, 1905, and has reported to the Local Government Board thereon. A copy of the Auditor’s Report and of the Abstracts therein referred to can be obtained at this office during office hours, by any person applying for the same and paying the Council the sum of sixpence.

Notice is hereby given that Courtenay Croker, Esq, M.A., Local Government Board Auditor, has audited the accounts of the Limerick County Council for the period ended the 30th day of September, 1904, and has reported to the Local Government Board thereon. A copy of the Auditor’s Report and of the Abstract therein referred to can be obtained at this office during office hours by any person applying for the same, and paying the Council the sum of sixpence.

Notice to Tenants of Labourers Cottages

Take notice that all tenants of labourers’ cottages in the above rural district are required to pay their rents monthly to the rent collector.
