Limerick City Council Invites Bids for Pump Caretaking
The Limerick City Council is currently accepting applications for the role of caretaker for specific pumps. Interested parties are invited to submit their applications for the caretaking of the following pumps, as per the specifications provided by Mr O’Malley, B.E., the Council’s Engineer. Detailed specifications are available for review at Mr O’Malley’s offices located at 10 Glentworth Street, Limerick.
The pumps that require caretaking are as follows:
- Blackboy Pike Pump
- Singland Pump
- Pennywell Pump
Applicants are required to submit their bids along with the sum they propose for the caretaking responsibilities. Applications should be lodged at the City Dispensary and must be received before 12:00 noon on the specified date of Saturday, 5th May, 196. The envelopes containing the applications should be clearly marked on the outside with the appropriate label, such as “Caretaker Blackboy Pike Pump,” “Caretaker Singland Pump,” or “Caretaker Pennywell Pump,” depending on the desired position.
The City Council is keen on selecting diligent and responsible individuals for these caretaking roles, ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of the pumps. Those interested are encouraged to submit their applications in accordance with the outlined instructions.
