
Patrick O’Brien, a plasterer, tragically lost his life today after falling from scaffolding while working on the exterior of a church in Limerick city. Emergency services responded to the scene, but Mr O’Brien succumbed to his injuries. The incident is currently under investigation by the relevant authorities.
