Successful Promenade Concert in Garryowen in Aid of Barrington’s Hospital

Garryowen, Limerick – A highly successful promenade concert was organized by Mr Wyndham Gabbett in support of Barrington’s Hospital. The event took place on Saturday afternoon at the Athenaeum and drew a large and fashionable audience. The program featured outstanding performances by leading amateur singers and musicians from Limerick and the surrounding districts, which were warmly received by the attendees.

The concert’s highlight was a series of extremely pretty dances performed by the talented young ladies, including the Honourable Zoe, Lucy, Leo, Gertrude, Butler-Massy, and Miss Ames. Their graceful and captivating dances captivated the audience, earning them enthusiastic applause.
